We’ve transformed the farm into a festive experience that will delight all the family. From delicious hot drinks and food, to festive activities including gingerbread decorating and making your very own reindeer food, we promise fun for all the family.

How much does it cost and what is included?
Tickets cost £25 for children, £15 for adults and babies (0 - 1).
Children’s tickets include:
A visit to meet Father Christmas with an extra special gift, gingerbread decorating, magical reindeer food making plus a chance to write and post your letter to Father Christmas and plenty of photo opportunities.
Baby tickets include:
An opportunity to meet Father Christmas and receive a special gift & endless photo opportunities to capture memories in a stunning festive setting.
Adult tickets include:
An opportunity to meet Father Christmas, gingerbread decorating, free parking and incredible photo opportunities to capture memories in a stunning festive setting.
Do I need to book?
Tickets are limited and booking is essential as it is a ticket only event. Tickets can be booked HERE.
Can I swap my ticket to another day?
Sorry, we are unable to transfer tickets to another day but you are welcome to give your tickets to someone else, provided they have your ticket information.
Can I have a refund on my ticket?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds on tickets, but you are welcome to give your tickets to someone else, provided they have your ticket information.
Is there on-site car parking?
Yes, visitors to the Farm are welcome to park for free in our onsite car park.
What dates are you open?
Christmas at Bertie’s Farm is open on the 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th & 21st December 2024.
Can I bring my own food?
No, only food bought on site can be consumed at the farm.
Are there toilets on the farm?
Yes, we have toilets on site including disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
Can I bring my pushchair?
The farm is pushchair accessible.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome at Bertie’s Farm, but please make sure you pick up after them.
Can I pay at the farm by card?
Yes, we do take card payments for everything you wish to buy onsite, we also accept cash.
What if it is raining on the day I have booked?
Don’t worry, the Bertie’s Farm experience will be taking place undercover in our barn! Whatever the weather, you will be able to enjoy.
What shall I wear to the event?
We recommend wrapping up for a visit to the farm and recommend wearing wellies. You can never predict the Manx weather so please don't wear your best white trainers!
How do your time slots work?
Your chosen time slot indicates your start and end times. All time slots are 90 minutes allowing you to make full use of all activities on the farm. Please ensure you arrive on time so that you make full use of your 90 minutes and enjoy all Christmas at Bertie’s Farm has to offer. On the day you will be allocated a time to visit Santa’s Grotto.
